Our refund and return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since the purchase, we cannot provide you with a full refund or replacement.
The customer submits a request for replacement, return or completion to Eldokkan Company in the event of a complaint about the product, by contacting us through our website or by sending an email to support@eldokkan.net
The request will be responded to within 24 working hours. If approved, the representative will reach the customer within 3-5 working days. If rejected, the reason for rejection will be written in the order tracking
In the event of a return, the amount will be transferred to the cash number shown in the request after 72 hours of the product arriving at the warehouses, in order to examine the product and ensure its condition. If there is no defect or problem with the product, 30% of the paid value will be deducted
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
Within 24 hours of registering the order, the confirmation team confirms the order through a confirmation call with the customer, in which the customer’s data and product name are confirmed. The call times are from 11 am to 9 pm. If the order is registered on the website before 7 pm, the order is confirmed on the same day to be delivered the next day. If it is registered after 7 pm, it is confirmed the next day to be delivered the following day.
The order is suspended
In the event of no response to the first confirmation call, an attempt is made with the customer again on the same day. If there is no response both times, we make a third and fourth attempt the next day until a response is received. If there is no response, we make a fifth, sixth and seventh attempt on the third day. The order is suspended after all seven attempts are exhausted.
Order confirmed
After confirming the order, the customer’s receipt date is calculated according to the governorate to which it belongs, and the official delivery dates: Cairo, Giza and Alexandria within two working days, Lower Egypt and Qalyubia governorates within three working days, Upper Egypt, Sinai, Matrouh and the Red Sea governorates from two to five working days.
Waiting for the shipping company
The shipment is being prepared and waiting for the shipping company to receive the product from our warehouse
Under delivery
The order has been delivered to the shipping company and will reach the customer within the official shipping dates, and the representative will contact the customer to set a suitable date and day.
Delivery suspension
The order is suspended in several cases, which are the customer’s failure to respond to the shipping company representative’s calls or there is any problem with the address, or the delivery is postponed by the customer, and the order is temporarily suspended until the address is clarified or another number is sent to us, or on the specified day of receipt
